{"id":51,"date":"2017-08-05T18:22:25","date_gmt":"2017-08-05T18:22:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bashora.com\/popote\/?p=51"},"modified":"2017-10-06T18:17:57","modified_gmt":"2017-10-06T18:17:57","slug":"risotto-a-la-ratatouille","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bashora.com\/popote\/2017\/08\/05\/risotto-a-la-ratatouille\/","title":{"rendered":"Risotto \u00e0 la ratatouille"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Recette transcrite \u00e0 partir du site \u00ab\u00a0Bosh!\u00a0\u00bb sur Facebook<\/p>\n<p>1 aubergine moyenne coup\u00e9e en d\u00e9s<br \/>\n1 tasse tomates fra\u00eeches coup\u00e9es en d\u00e9s<br \/>\n2 zuchinis moyens coup\u00e9s en d\u00e9s<br \/>\n4 gousses d&rsquo;ail \u00e9minci\u00e9es<br \/>\nUne pinc\u00e9e de sel<br \/>\n2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 poivre moulu<br \/>\n2 c. \u00e0 table huile d&rsquo;olive<\/p>\n<p>* M\u00e9langer le tout, d\u00e9poser sur une plaque et cuire au four \u00e0 400F pendant une trentaine de minutes.<\/p>\n<p>2 c. \u00e0 table huile d&rsquo;olive<br \/>\n1 oignon rouge moyen \u00e9minc\u00e9<br \/>\n2 gousses d&rsquo;ail \u00e9minc\u00e9es<br \/>\n1 c. \u00e0 table romarin<br \/>\n1 c. \u00e0 table thym<br \/>\n1\/4 tasse tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es coup\u00e9es en d\u00e9s<br \/>\n2 c. \u00e0 table beurre vegan<br \/>\n1 tasse riz \u00ab\u00a0risotto\u00a0\u00bb<br \/>\n1 tasse vin rouge<br \/>\n4 x 1 tasse bouillon de l\u00e9gumes<br \/>\n1 c. \u00e0 table p\u00e2te de tomates<br \/>\n1\/4 tasse noix de pin<br \/>\n1 tasse basilic hach\u00e9 l\u00e9g\u00e8rement<\/p>\n<p>* Faire revenir l&rsquo;oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;huile chaude. Ajouter les gousses d&rsquo;ail, le romarin, le thym, les tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es et le beurre. Bien m\u00e9langer et chauffer le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 point. Ajouter le riz \u00e0 risotto, le vin rouge, bien m\u00e9langer. Ajouter 2 tasses de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes, une tasse \u00e0 la fois en m\u00e9langeant bien jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 absorption.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter la p\u00e2te de tomates et une tasse de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes. Bien m\u00e9langer. Ajouter une autre tasse de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes, bien m\u00e9langer. Ajouter les noix de pin et le basilic et les l\u00e9gumes r\u00e9serv\u00e9s. Bien m\u00e9langer, chauffer \u00e0 point et servir.<\/p>\n<p>Mes commentaires:<br \/>\n* Je n&rsquo;ai pas encore essay\u00e9 cette recette, mais \u00e7a ne saurait tarder. Si vous vous lancez, j&rsquo;aimerais vos commentaires.<\/p>\n<p>* Le riz \u00e0 risotto absorbe beaucoup les liquides.
